Low Chin Han

Chairman

Mr Low Chin Han is currently Director of Hospitality for Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Limited. Mr Low has worked as a consultant for Duxton Hotels since 2009 and was promoted to General Director of Duxton Hotels in July 2011. Prior to working for Duxton Hotels, Mr Low was working with several investment banks in Singapore and Hong Kong in both equity capital markets and debt capital markets. Mr Low Chin Han graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in finance in 2003 from Singapore Management University.

Nithi M.

Managing Director

Nithi is an investment professional with 7 years of experience in real estate investment / development, private equity and venture capital. To date, Nithi has managed execution of real estate transactions worth over USD 800 million spanning commercial, industrial and hospitality asset classes. These transactions include the set up of a private fund, a reverse takeover of a public REIT, joint-venture developments, and various divestitures. Nithi graduated with a BSc in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and is a qualified chartered accountant with ICAEW.
